gamingsinceatari Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 (edited) Ok so I decided that I wanted to add my Ziggler mod to the game... so I went and opened up the misc file. I searched and searched and couldn't find Ziegler's hex-values. I thought maybe I had the wrong file and maybe the values were in another file this year. After uncompressing and testing file after file I was ready to give up. Then I decided to take the misc_start file and try to open up using x-packer. To my suprise it worked. But then I realized why I couldn't find Ziggler's hex values inside of the file... This year there is only about 8-11 wrestlers' values inside of the misc file! So instead of adding all the superstar's values to the misc like previous year's they decided only to add the few who actually have alternate attires this year. I tried to add values to the file instead of overwriting, and the game froze. So basically it looks like the only way to add alt attires this year is by overwriting one of the other guy's alt attires! (Unless someone like tekken can figure out another way) This is crazy, it feels like 2k was even lazy this year with the misc file! Also, FYI: 09 no longer = "original". Was looking through the textures for the RAW '03 Arena that's in 2K15. They have literally taken everything that was in the Create an Arena version in 2K14, and put it in a BG pac without even bothering to rename the textures. RAW '03 in 15 is BG28. The textures are still labelled 'caa_floor', 'caa_beam' ect... Quote

Well speaking of saving, I need you to save me from having to do all the 2k15 modding myself! lol With so many guys like titan saying theyre gonna stick to 2k14, i need some help fixing some of these bad textures and i know your work is always good. Even though 15 is missing alot (i shake my head everytime i go into CAE), I still prefer it over 14 for my current era universe. The OMG moments, new moves, entrances and the more lively crowd really makes it hard to go back to 14. Now don't get me wrong, when it comes to classic or retro roster, 2k14 is the best hands down.... But yea hopefully theres some of you that decide to do some 2k15 mods with me. gamingsinceatari Posted October 29, 2014 Author Posted October 29, 2014 (edited) This may not have anything to do with mods, but i just wanted to let yall know that Ive been testing out different wrestlers to see which guys have unique OMG moments and i'm happy to say that they have added alot! Luke Harper has his own Suicide dive OMG Daniel Bryan, Rollins, Ambrose and Punk all have their own Suicide Dive OMG Cesaro has his OMG swing and lift up superplex OMG Zayn has a diving rope flip to the outside OMG and his tornado DDT to the outside Adrian Neville has a crazy twisting plancha to the outside OMG and of course, Reigns has the apron dropkick, and RVD has his barricade OMG. If i find anymore i'll let you guys know. If you all discover anything, let me know. Especially anything about story collection... Would like to know if it works as intended... The reason that it probably isnt being accepted via Xpacker is because the checksum is different so Xpacker will thing the file is corrupt. I would wait until Tekken appears again but that won't be until after 5th Nov. For the PS3 guys, I 'll be looking at the save tonight once i have it installed on my PS3.. Quote
