Hogan and Sting are on disk DLC i believe. good news for us, as we can add additional attires etc...

Yeah Marcus said the pass was just a file to unlock the dlc and let the store know you have the pass. So the hogans must a) be on disc or b) plan to release them after all other dlc has been released as a surprise. Surprise foiled by the modding team! Lol

Just a flashed drives? No you need to put the DLC in the content folder, so need a JTAG/RGH.

Every first download pacs are always on the disc

This DLC is containing a X-Packer readable catalog.dlc file (I believe, it's working here), I believe that we are going to add DLCs when the first big DLC is coming out.
