UndertakerWLF Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Put it this way if the 360 save is the same as the PS3 version in WWE2K14 nobody is going to have any dlc unless they mod the game in real time which is very very tedious and time consuming. So people may just end up replacing the default roster or going back to WWE2K14/WWE13. Quote
Gold Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 How about fuck it altogether and move on and mod the next gen PC version? 1 Quote
Titavius Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 How about fuck it altogether and move on and mod the next gen PC version? there's a lot more left to do with the last gen console versions first. i don't think we're just gonna hang it all up and move onto the pc version straight away. we've made so much progress over the last year with 2K14 on 360/PS3 that moving right now would just null everybody's hard work and commitment. visual concepts work differently to Yukes, so it's likely the game is structured differently. it's usually a good idea to learn how the structure works first. personally, i won't be modding on PC next year. perhaps the year after, but right now I've a few personal projects in mind on the 360 that i'd like to see through at some point. zhigge Posted October 28, 2014 Author Posted October 28, 2014 (edited) so far 2k15 is actually not worth porting things over to.. I got bored after a few hours as the roster is soooo lacking.. I need to find out how to package moves into dlc's.so thats where i'm starting so they can be used in 2k14. I know linking may be an issue but we will see. The modes will come if there is a desire from the community. yukes has been lazy so the modes are probably still in the code. just patience to find. and if you don't like what i'm saying pay me no mind no need to be so negative thats all i'm saying. That´s the thing you need to focus your energy. I think it´s possible, not sure about new OMG moments. With that and the rest we could do, like adding entrances with objects, etc... Arenas, models... You don´t need 2k15 for nothing. Quote
UndertakerWLF Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Also what with the NXT guys added and whoever else is new on the roster you can use these as base models for future mods, same with the arenas. Quote
gamingsinceatari Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 I dunno man... Im hearing this new story collection in Universe works great and makes universe so much better with new cutscenes. On top of that i just discovered the Shield's Triple Powerbomb OMG! This makes it tough to stick with 2k14 over 15. Like i said i'll probably use 15 for the current era and 14 for all the WWF/WCW era stuff. Quote
