I love the idea of a slower match with proper pacing. The slow down in some of the videos is worrying but I heard thats been sorted out, so I will not dwell on that. My worries come from all the news yesterday about the old gen. While I am sure you'll all agree, nobody should have expected much development or upgrades to the old gen version but I am genuinely shocked that they have removed so much...it just doesn't make any sense. People would have been moaning if they have retained all the modes and features as it is, let alone removing them!! I just find myself feeling quite apprehensive about next gen now, they've genuinely screwed over the last gen owners and should next gen be expecting the same level of modes now? I'll be really annoyed if they have removed Universe or not improved it from the last Gen universe mode, I hear that you can't even create your own shows this year...WTF!! Anyway, my excitement for this game has dropped from a 9 to a 6, I am hoping I am wrong but I think the next gen version modes will be limited too. Quote
w00ody Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 (edited) Before yesterday i my excitement level was at an all time high but dropped just like yours. i'm not worried about the gameplay as many people have said i't all about getting the hang of things. It's the creation modes i'm curious about the most as so much in terms of animations and options have been removed or limited in the last-gen versions. I'm still exited for My Career as it's all new in terms of options and animations (i hope) and the possible updates to Universe but if the game lacks i don't see my self playing for long and my attention shifting to something else, maybe The Witcher 3. What he probably meant was the only brands that are available to choose from are Raw NXT and Smackdown. That doesn't mean you can't customize universe. Think about it. Still the same limitations as last year with titles and brands per ppv. The new story line thing looks ok but the guy is saying it's random, you can only start certain storylines with certain people Quote
