It's already on PSN been on there for about 2 weeks. Unless you mean ps3 and not ps4

It's not online yet on the UK PS Store, just the US.

I'd guess we should see it in the next week or two.

If its not in the UK store, it certainly wouldn't be availible in SA. I haven't checked it out yet.
