Has Anyone Noticed That Y2J has no Tattoos?

Is it just me or am I blind, but I do NOT see any tattoos!!!

 

 

P.S. Idk if anyone posted this before but I checked the forums and did my searching, and I didn't see anything on this, if it has I am sorry for re-posting it

I don't think it's that because all of his tattoos are in 2K14

Yeah sorry for this, I just found an article that says Jericho was in a battle (in court) with his tattoo artist, and mattel can't have his tattoos on his action figures either... I guess the artist won the case.

I believe it started with the UFC games. In 2012 the artist that did Carlos Condit's lion tattoo claimed he owned the copyright for it and should be paid since it appeared in UFC 2009 & UFC 3. EA decided to remove the tattoo for UFC 2014 to avoid paying him.

I think his face and body looks awesome this year, unlike the years before. Additionally, his attire is spot on. Fuck the tattoos.

Yep, apparently this is a thing now.  If you get a tattoo, you better get a life long release form to use it in any sort of media you want as well.  It is pretty crazy that something that is on your body still actually belongs to the tattoo artist.  It is almost creepy when I think about it.
