I definitely don't see it like that, I use the legends sometimes.. The whole thing with them needing to cater different audiences is 100% true.

But in my opinion, I like the current roster better so I prefer the roster this year.

It's always the same Legends vs Current roster discussion, no need to debate about. It's not like any of us actually have a say in the roster selections.

I understand both sides' opinions though.

I didn't pay attention to the guy's name, but towards the end he said something along the lines of

"The way the game is coming together on next gen is great" or something similar to that.

Anyways, I take that as a fat ass crap taken on last gen. It might not end up being THAT bad, but the fact that he worded it like that, makes it seem like if you aren't on next gen then "Sorry, but that game isn't the game I'm talking about, that one sucks." Lol.

It does look pretty Damn awesome though. I'll give them that.

If the game's roster doesn't reflect the current roster, then it's not WWE 2K15. Yes there's a place for "Legends" to be included, but they should never make up less than 10% of the roster. I like that the "Legends" included each year is somewhat changed and rotated around, it keeps things as fresh as the main roster. If Bret Hart was in it every year, you won't get excited when he's in it, he'll become just another part of the roster rather than something special like these guys should be.

 

Still the roster means nothing if the game plays badly, and so far reactions seem mixed from the press that has played it. Even this video shows they've change the start of matches to a tug of war analog stick battle, is that good gameplay? That combined with the overall slowdown on the matches, some have said it's too slow, slower than modern day wrestling.

 

Less than two weeks till the last gen release of the game, I think most answers will come out then.
