adding additional attire in iso (wii)

i wrote a brief tutorial on this but webpage got refreshed and it pissed me enough to write this short and simple one

 

this tutorial  tests the limit of iso (previosly believed to be locked at 4.6 or someting )

 

1. use miztah's misc pac editor to enable additional attires.(u can do it manually too)

 

2. use xpacker 8 to extract pach files from any ch.pac

 

3. download dummy.pac file(u can search for that i don't have it anymore)

 

4. insert pach files example if u are using lesnar whose ch id is 343 so his pach file id is 34302 insert it then rename it 34312 insert again .....

 

5. remember 02 is ring attire 04 entrance u can have full knowledge of this on smacktalks just search a bit on the forum and google with "how to' tag

 

# DON'T FORGET TO UPDATE THE ARC FILES . U CAN USE XPACKER TO UPDATE THEM

 

6. size of the pac would be more than 1mb while the original was 300 something or less   

 

7. after inserting as amny as u like (u can only insert 8 pach files) replace the pac file using wii scrubber with their respective in the iso.

 

8 boot the game check ur character .

 

things to note

 

this tutorial only tests the limit of iso (previosly believed to be locked at 4.6 or someting )

 

u can add many as like as long the pach and teture files are of same size and of same offset

 

different textures must be compressed to meet the size reqirement. 

 

if u can meet the size of texture pach file then BANG its going to be a boon for wii modding scene.

How do you update the ark file without having an ark file?

u have two arc files plistwii.arc and plistwii4*3 extract them from iso and update them through xpacker
