Something I'm Worried About In 2k15

Ok, so WWE has used the same stage design (with minor tweaks) for every PPV aside from 'Mania. So does this mean every arena in game will be just a re-texture of the normal Raw arena?

I wouldn't be worried about it. As long as they are accurate, I don't mind. You'll also get all the arenas for Showcase mode, and hopefully a few more templates in CAA.

I hope not and I do not think that will be the case here. 2K15 will cover the previous year up to Wm and Extreme Rules like previous games. So for sure, we'll get the individual ppv stages we saw in 2013 to Extreme Rules 2014.

thinking we might get up to payback(remember the extension of the cutoff date?)

I was thinking of that and we could get Payback of this year. But I also thought that maybe we'll also get Payback of last year as well?
