I'd just tell my 5 year old self to slow down, calm it. Life is gonna be really fucking challenging for you but you'll be strong. Just keep the chin up and keep singing.

12 - 16 year old fufu: Go see a dietician so you can get the physique to make rugby a career rather than a hobby.

17 - 18 year old fufu: Don't go to university, or at least not the one that I went to. It fucking sucked.

19 - 20 year old fufu: Don't drive to uni that one morning that guy crashed into you. £5000 is not worth a fucked up back nearly 2 years later.
