DDS Render Corrupts After Compress And Injecting Into X-Packer?

I was replacing John Cena's SSFB render so I injected my new DDS render (512 x 512, DXT5 No MipMaps - SVR 2010), so I thought I would extract the new render after Compress and Injecting it, to make sure I injected it correctly, and I also changed the extension from ZLI to DDS in X-Packer before extracting. Anyway, after extracting it, it appears as if my render came out corrupted because I can't open it in Photoshop and in HxD the original and extracted look like this:

After extracting:

If you Compress and Injected it then you have to uncompress it to look at it in photoshop. A ZLIB is a compressed file you cant just change the extension to DDS
