Bob_Van_Dam Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Looks the same as usual, despite the small lighting change and Cena's new face. Quote
Yin Yang Bought In Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 That looks pretty damn solid Quote
Shattered! Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 I know those screens are for last-gen, but they still look pretty nice. Love how the Summerslam '02 Michaels looks! Quote
Bob_Van_Dam Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 The first screenshot just looks like a 2K14 mod tbh. Quote
COZZA SAID SO Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 If this is from 2K15, why are the ring turnbuckle logos still reflecting the old WWE Logo whilst the WWE 2K15 logo has been updated in a few shots. Quote
Bale Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Now i Know why they won't to show us any shot on Last gen because it's 2k14 with an update to the roster and the attires but that bray looks good. Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 If all of the new roster members look as good as that Bray does, I'm not even mad about getting last gen anymore. Quote
OLD ACCOUNT Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 I like Cena's new face for the last gen. Also, cool to see some attires, arenas, and a look at Bray. Quote
Sunny Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Triple H better look "2002" on PS4. They were lazy as on him again. Quote
OLD ACCOUNT Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Triple H better look "2002" on PS4. They were lazy as on him again. Yeah, I really don't like how it was basically his current face in his older attire for 13/14. Quote
jeb2830 Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Hold the *Censored* up, why are the crowd's shirts the same as the ones on 2K14 Quote
the King Lives Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Hold the *Censored* up, why are the crowd's shirts the same as the ones on 2K14 Its last gen Quote
jeb2830 Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 So what if it's last gen, it's not logical that they wouldn't update crowd's shirts even just for last gen inb4"early build" Quote
OLD ACCOUNT Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Hold the *Censored* up, why are the crowd's shirts the same as the ones on 2K14 Because they don't care about last gen and honestly, why should they? A lot of people still have last gen, me included, but it's a waste of time to work on the last gen because the current/new gen deserves full attention. Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Anybody that was getting last gen versions shouldn't have had high expectations. I know I certainly wasn't getting my hopes up. The only thing that reminds me everyday that I preordered it is coming on here. Haha Quote
Sunny Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Although it is unfair to compare the PS2 (the titanic giant for gaming in its time) to the Xbox 360, when WWE SmackDown vs RAW 2007 was launched on November 14, 2006, its main focus was directed for the Xbox 360, almost a year after its launch, with the introduction sweat, and cutting edge graphic models. However, it was ultimately bested in sales by the PS2 version, selling more than 2,580,000 copies while the Xbox 360 paled in comparison with only 480,000 copies. Although the marketing has solely been focused on pushing current generation content to the forefront, the brunt of their sales will be coming from last-gen customers, so it is only in their best interests to allot the same merit to last-gen as well. When comparing it to the NBA 2K14 figures, an estimation of 2,140,000 units have been sold for the Xbox 360 as compared to the 1,000,000 copies sold for the PS4, both the popular respective systems of their generations. Now, seeing it as how this is 2K's second year and bearing last year's WWE 2K14 figures in mind of 920,000 units sold for the PS3, and 890,000 units sold for the Xbox 360, I only predict similar numbers, if not worse. Also, do keep in mind that a "wrestling video game" does not appeal the same as an NBA franchise title would. This relative trend only spells about half a million copies sold for the PS4 with the majority of money generated from the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. Quote
the King Lives Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 ^and history is about to repeat itself. Svr07 on 360 didn't have custom themes. 2k15 won't either. And pretty much the only improvement was the grappling and graphics. Same goes for 2k15 lol Quote
waleed.619 Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 It just shows you how developers are lazy.... How hard would it be to update shirts and logos? And even new models Quote
