Help Needed Please

Okay guys, so I was trying to get rid of the fucking U2 album on my iPod. I've gotten rid of it now, but the first time I tried I think I fucked something up. I went on to albums on iTunes and right clicked the album and then clicked delete, I can't exactly remember but it said something like "This album will be hidden from your iTunes in the Cloud purchases" and the options were "Hide Album" and "Cancel". I clicked "Hide Album" and I had some problems that I need help with.

 

Problem 1

 

 

When I click on Songs or Music, the music on my iPod doesn't show up anymore whereas it used to before.

 

Problem 2

 

 

How can I change the view of my library of music I'd like to add? It was in a different view before

 

Problem 3

 

 

The biggest problem, I no longer have the bloody option to add music to my iPod.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this stuff? I'd greatly appreciate it because I'm always adding music.

Problem 3 is now solved, I can add music to my iPod again! But problem 1 and 2 still need to be solved, 2 more than 1. I'd like to be able to add more than 1 song at once, I think if I change the view I can do it but I don't know how to change the view

UPDATE: I have a new priority, I need to download Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010. I'd like to get it for free somehow, I've previously gotten 2007 before way back but I can't remember how I did it. I think I must have torrented it or something. Any help or suggestions would be appreciate, thanks in advance
