WWE 13 debuted its first trailer according to the date it was uploaded to youtube on 29/5/2012 and the game was schedule to a release on october 30, 2012, therefore we first saw a trailer 4-5 mounths before the game was released and in that mean time we got plenty more of footage, commercials, featurettes amoung other goodies.

and i dont want to complain or say anything bad about 2k15 but the truth is that the marketing campeing for the game has been a complete train wreck of dissaster , here we are 46 days left and we still havent seen any official gameplay, they're shooting a commercial but have already seen some of the images so we wont be surprised when we see the commercial because we already kind of know whats going on and who is going to be in the thing , they spent the whole mounth of august building up the ign first thing and it went nowhere , they've been to some of the expos of this year and no official gameplay its been released except for the 2 unfinished entrances that they gave ign to show at the very least,

I guess my complain is to marketing team behind this we want this experience to be exciting we enjoy and buy the game every year and we like the building up part of it as much as we like to play the game so please reconsider changing the strategy because its frustrating to pre-order a game that you know nothing about in the hopes that it might be good. i still think that the game looks awesome and until now i have liked what i've seen but im not pleased with the little effort you have put in this marketing campeing for the game, it sucks because we were exciting and maybe if thq would've had the budget to produce the game on a bigger scale and with no money worries we woulnt be in this situation right now..

Honestly i could careless about the trailer at this point. Ive seen some gameplay etc and i already pre-ordered so im just waiting for it to drop. I buy the game anyway rather its good or bad every yr, I'm just a mark for wrestling games and wrestling period. Brought every one since wwf war zone lol no plan to stop either. I survived acclaim days of the game this is nothing

I agree but it's kinda more interesting that way because in previous games you had already seen all the wrestlers and entrances and movesbefore the game was even out.

Truly they want to surprise us. 2K do that with most of there games. They Release there Trailers, Commercials, and Gameplay like right before it comes out, and I mean days before it's out. Plus it 's  the first next gen console WWE game. That's they're way of thinking. Do I agree with it? No! Do I wish there was gameplay and more images out? Yes!  But come on!.. There is nothing we can do. We may as well wait and stick to what we have. This is a time where my trusty old school PS2 WWE games come in handy

Same. It's so close anyways.

People still complaining about this shit? lmao. Just wait for the damn thing. Complaining aint' gonna get you guys anywhere and is just gonna make you all more mad. They promote differently, suck it up.

The problem with this marketing is that the game HAS to deliver or it's going to fail. If it ends up not being as great as it says it is, there goes the sales because people waited so long to play the game. And it's very possible with the lack of development time.

WWE '13 had the exclusive one count feature.

Your move, 2k.

"Oh no, we have no trailer yet, must mean the game isn't going to sell and it'll be terrible"

A month of aggressive advertising before it's release is all it needs

I'm over it now, I was angry at first but who am I kidding? I'll buy it even if it's rubbish because there are no alternatives. I'm actually looking forward to being surprised now.

What's the point of a trailer? All trailers these days are bullshit anyway, all I want is gameplay footage (check) an idea of who is on the roster (check) and how much it'll cost (check).

It's 2K Marketing. I can't stress that enough. Be patient.

But its a series theyve never had before and promised huge changes, so theyre risking the hype blowing in their faces.

I think it is smart to hold off. Drop the previews and get everyone fired up when the game is going to drop. I don't want to see every entrance and finisher in previews then have to wait 3 months for the game.

once again, here is the problem. The game has to deliver. Has to. See, they have hyped it up. Best WWE game ever. Tons of changes. It's so realistic. Then what if stuff comes out and it's not good?
