OverTheEdge Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 With the Goldberg/beard objects issue, maybe try reversing their order if you're injecting the Goldberg head over the initial hair object? Just an idea. That's a problem with the Rock's PACHs. Even though they have additional YOBJ slots, the hair objects are so small that you can't usually inject any others into it without it crashing. Big E Langston and modern Flair's entrance PACHs have additional slots that I've been able to successfully add parts into, only the thing is, since in both of those the additional YOBJ (the powder for the hands and the fur for the robe, respectively) are of a transparent nature, the YOBJ that you inject over that will appear semi-transparent too, which even with changing up the shaders I was never able to resolve. Thanks for answering my questions, man. What you've been able to figure out so far looks insane. As for the Superstar Heads, if you're interested in typing up the info on how to fix them, I could possibly try and test things out on the WWE '12 front for you, and see if it is in fact the fix to those models that we've been after. Having taken a look at the superstar heads, gave me another idea to use normal wrestler's heads. I managed to repoint the yobj to only load the head. Injected this as a seperate object and it loads as a superstar head on a wrestler mod. The problem is the filesize is too big as the pac now has two full wrestler yobj's in it. It loads fine in superstar threads but not in game. I can't tell you how many times I've been there when it comes to injecting an extra .YOBJ into a PACH. If my suspicions are correct, it would probably work during an entrance too, but the match itself is what crashes it. Sadly, anytime I've ran into this, I was never able to figure out a way around it. 1 Quote

XHP Original Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 (edited) Very awesome find with this, hope the fixing of the shaders work out, as well as with the WWE'12 models. Got a question though, how did you guys go about extracting and injecting YOBJ files from and to the .CAS files with a hex editor or is there some other way of doing so? Thanks. UndertakerWLF Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 Run quick bms then select your bms script then select your file easy as that Bugsy Quote
bugsyboy Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Thats exactly what i have been doing but always end up with no files. I am trying to do only ed22.pac , is that the problem ? Quote
bugsyboy Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 (edited) Ok i had to quick bms the pach and not the pac I am wrong it still doesn't work for me. There was a pach file in the folder that work but nothing else Edited September 4, 2014 by bugsyboy Quote
UndertakerWLF Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 Does the file need uncompressing with xbox decompress first? Try ripping a new ed22.pac file in case that one is corrupt Quote
tekken57 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 All the ed files need to be run through xbdecompress first. @XHP Original, hex editor is the only way to do it. @OTE, tried reversing the order already, same result. Going to try pac files you mentioned. On training until Sunday, will type up a guide for the shaders sometime next week. Quote
XHP Original Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 @XHP Original, hex editor is the only way to do it. Cool man, thanks for letting me know, hope to get a chance to try it out some time. Quote

bugsyboy Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I never was able to use Quickbms , sometime i get nothing and sometime i get a crash Did you guys try it with the 360 files or just ps3 ? The only way i was able to have something was like this Uncompress the pac , open in xpacker9 with pac containing directory extract any files and then uncompress that file with brienj pac exporter I really hope there is another way because i cant do this for every single yobj Quote
UndertakerWLF Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 Make sure that you have used xbox decompress first Then right click on quick bms and tick the compatibilty for Windows XP and run as administrator start quickbms select the TGA.bms script it will then ask you to pick a file You need to do one pac at a time so make a folder for say ed04 and put your pac in it and extract using quickbms. simples. bugsyboy Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 (edited) I tried everything with 2 different computer but i always end up with this, you can see my steps are exactly what you said Edited September 4, 2014 by bugsyboy Quote

bugsyboy Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 (edited) Its ed22 from wwe13 http://www.mediafire.com/download/40o6y3jh4rn93mk/ed22.pac Edited September 4, 2014 by bugsyboy Quote
UndertakerWLF Posted September 5, 2014 Author Posted September 5, 2014 Decompressed it and found that the XBOX version of ed22.pac for WWE13 does not open, howver the PS3 version does. My advice get a PS3 version Quote
tekken57 Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 That error is usually caused by the header being incorrect. Try changing it first before decompressing the file. Quote

Titavius Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 (edited) Any tutorial brother for this excellent idea...? Dude, before you think of a question, search. you’ll need to go into a Hex Editor. In your Hex Editor, open up your pac.decompress. In the right hand corner of your screen, you should see the header. This should read EPAC. To open up the pac.decompress file, you’ll need to change this header to EPK8, and save. Try doing this before decompressing too. See if it helps. Edited September 5, 2014 by Titan83 Quote
bugsyboy Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 I try to change the header in xpacker but it didn't work. I think i tried with the uncompressed file I will try it manually in hex before i decompress when i get back home. Thanks Quote
