anyone get chheads to open in xpacker 9

ive been trying to figure files out to see whats inside of them to see if i can do anything with them,

ive uncompressed the chheads file,uncompressed a file called 37302 it was a zlib file

after that it wont open in xpacker 9 at all to see what it could be i know its maybe the superstars heads in the caw but maybe we could mod them anyone else ever try this?.
