What in the absolute fuck are you talking about? What do you mean it doesn't count? I'm not trying to prove anything, stop trying to make arguments out of fucking nothing. And for what it's worth, the stuff made for SD1/2 using gameshark codes was pretty much the only hacking/modding done on them. The modding scene adapted and evolved from that to what is has become today.

 

Isn't that what you're saying, but going a bit deeper into the story?

P2. The marketing they do for their games is reasonably good and builds a hype like very few companies.

This is what I was saying earlier. Activision are the biggest publishers on the planet. The money they have strapped to that belt of theirs is in the crazy region. They have a huge array of massively talented developers which they have been known for implementing them into other franchises which is always a good boost in production.

 

I wouldn't call the overdoing of the series a negligible downside. The games are already annualised. I'd say what happens a lot with developers under the activision banner, is that they get put onto the big games like call of duty and innovation in other franchises suffer. With something like WWE 2k15, I think they would be getting more of the Call of Duty treatment with more resources coming to that as it is an already well regarded game with a pretty large audience.
