Speculation: Activision looking to acquire Take-Two Interactive

I don't think you guys understand.  If they did buy Take Two, they wouldn't be touching WWE, NBA, or GTA games.  2K and Rockstar are the branches that develop and publish those games.  Activision wouldn't be developing the games, they would just own those Rockstar and 2K studios and make money off of them and their games.

You should stop pretending you know anything about games other than the WWE series. Activision-Blizzard have made some amazing games. They publish great games, too. Just because you don't like Call of Duty, don't let that give you the idea that they're games are terrible.

The WWE series is already annualised and that is usually the big uh oh moment when activision gets their hands on a lauded game franchise.

You should stop pretending that you're always right.

Activision's problem is that they take a good thing and milk it into the ground. Look at Tony Hawk's and Guitar Hero. They killed the Crash Bandicoot series. The Marvel games they have made have been crap with few exceptions like Spiderman 2 and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. They got the James Bond Licence and made a decent version of Goldeneye for the Wii and but Blood Stone and Legends are god awful.

Even this year Activision had a good thing with the Transformers Cybertron series and then they ****ed it up with Rise of the Dark Spark because they wanted it to be released alongside the film and include the shitty Michael Bay Transformers universe.

I did kinda like the marvel ultimate alliance and x-men legends games but yeah the film based movies have always been bad *cough* x-men 3 *cough* lol

Right about what? What's your argument here? You bold certain parts of my reply and then tell me something that doesn't relate to what you bolded. Thanks for the... reply?

Off topic, but I actually liked Blood Stone.

See? This is what happens all the fucking time here, someone tries to say something to me, I respond and then... yep. They don't have any balls or argument to come back at me.

Balls? Arguments? Perhaps you should stop jumping to conclusions. Perhaps they haven't been online since then, perhaps they didn't notice your post, perhaps some people don't want to bother with your little petty internet arguments? These are all a lot more valid reasons than balls or arguments.

Don't we say that to everyone on the forums?

I fail to see why I would be wrong in this situation.

There's a difference to pretending I'm always right, to doing a small amount research and citing my sources. I may not know if people always read my replies, but I highly doubt everyone completely forgets about it and posts everywhere else. It's coincidental to say the least.

I was gonna go along with jeffsdomain and forget about it, but you're just too annoying to ignore. First off, you blatantly assumed I know nothing about any other games than WWE, and that I don't like Call of Duty. You always go around acting like you know every little thing about every member here. So before you go off saying "I don't have the balls to respond" maybe you should realize that I just didn't want to put up with your bullshit.

Let it go bro he's definitely not worth it.

I said what I had to say but I'm just gonna be the better man and just ignore anything he has to say. I tried to be supportive cause some of his posts are somewhat substantiated but since he has to always cause problems with people I just chose to move on. So..... How bout them falcons? Lol

I'd just like to point out, it was jeffsdomain whom I was referencing to begin with, it was just that it was after your reply. Look, just because my arguments come off as brash and unorthodox, there's still a lot of reasoning behind them. I was pointing out that dismissiveness of people hating Activision when the main complaint against them picking up licenses is the fact they annualise the franchises.

This isn't a problem for the series. You're just arguing back saying I'm a dick. This isn't how discussion works. I bring up a point, you bring up a counter-point, it's the basis of all debates. If I bring up a counter-point and your only reaction is to slight me with no other substance, then the discussion and debate crumbles.

Don't get mad, get even. It's an age old saying, use it wisely.

Sorry, is the word unorthodox too complicated for you? Shall I keep it simple with synonyms more relatable to you guys? Sorry, relatable... that might be a bit tough to digest. Oh there I go again with these complicated words.
