Render inject Problem

Hi guys today i wat trying to update The original game renders with new ones but a wierd Problem appears 

 

the original render size is 257 KB and there were no probelms  just edit it and save it with this settings

 

 

For some reason now the size is 172 KB not 257 KB and i can't compress and inject the render using Xpacker and the game didn't show the renders .

Off the top of my head have you tried dxt5? That compresses it further and often fixes the issue. At least it did when I tried it.

Edit: sorry just read the post properly, my suggestion may be way off since your renders seem to have gone the other way.
