It requires fan axxess which basically gives you the exclusive outsiders skin for hall and nash, and gives you all the dlc for one low price. It's also required to download content that's been uploaded with DLC. But the fact of the matter is that most people on here upload their caws twice: once with dlc and again without dlc Quote
