Decompress misc_dlc05.pac

I need to add attires for rick rude he's CH391.pac

i tried to find him in misc01_start.pac but i failed so i want to uncompress misc_dlc05.pac to search for cos then edit the number of attires using Hex editor , any help here ?

using xpacker is easy to edit the misc pac, open misc01_start.pac with xpacker, chose a wrestler with one attire and change his numbre to 391, then chosee the amount of attires you wanna add

Well i don't have Xpacker V9 to be honest

so there's no other solution right ?

If you don't have xpacker your only solution is to edit manually the misc01_start.pac using an hex editor
