It really doesn't look much like him. Just seems to be his texture on a random morph more than anything. It'd need a big overhaul to even begin with suggestions.

I think you completely misunderstanding the purpose of my post, it wasn't in any sort of direction directed at you

However, you want suggestions, here they are:

- Increase the width of his head

- decrease the angles of his eyebrows

- make his eyes bigger, especially wider

- Work on the mouth, make it thinner and turn the angle up a bit
