Yeah, I know. I am looking at the current roster that we have revealed and barring Rock, Austin, HBK, Hogan x2, Sting x2, we have 44 male superstars. There's 44 slots in the areas not named. I'm thinking that if this is the final design the Manager area might be a mix of Divas and Managers.

The areas under Created/Downloaded Superstars and Managers aren't for those selections, the whole area across is used for Superstars. The Created/Downloaded Superstars and Managers boxes are buttons.

Seems like an overall weird design choice then.
