Have been looking for a tutorial but there isn't one, help please

I have applied my texture to my model in 3ds max and this happens, why?

I don't get what the problem is, you have to explain what is in the picture so I might be able to help you.

Select the entire model then apply the texture then Render

After importing your texture , sellect everything then drag your texture to your model , go to view -show material in viewport as   - Hardware display with map.

Its way faster than clicking render all the time.
