Announcer + Timekeeper At Ringside?

As you can see in the bottom right of this screenshot of this gameplay that was leaked today, you can notice two people sitting at ringside, and one of those two people looks like Justin Roberts and the other is the timekeeper, I don't know if many other people have spotted this or if this is old news? If it is old news, I apologize.

I def see Justin sitting at ringside but I don't know who the other guy is but it could be the timekeeper. But since he's sitting right next to justin, to me, it could be a WWE doctor that's always ringside. I could be wrong tho.
