WWE2K14 had 85 in total (Not counting the DLC).

Well fuck me sideways. Still though, with new generations of consoles, we always see increase on graphical fidelity and a decrease in content. It would be nice for this to make a change, but I doubt it.

Yup, that's not even counting the DLC, as there were about 21 extra characters, adding up to a grand total of 106 playable characters in the game.

Well if they came in at a RAW taping and just scanned everybody with the exact same equipment then surely they would look the same. Xavier Woods is in the game so that says the most to me.
