Karanrehani Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Got this from a very trustworthy source on Instagram (@wwe_chats) UPDATE ON PUNK IN 2K15: As of right now, CM Punk will be in wwe 2k15. WWE is trying to remove him because they don't feel that Punk should be getting paid for it. However, it may be too late to take Punk out considering the game is almost finished. WWE will do anything to get him out, they are talking about moving the game release date back just so they have enough time to take him out. One report stated that Punks move set will be featured in the game so if he isn't there then you can make him or get him in community creations. WWE is also trying to get his face off of any t-shirt that is being sold because they don't want to pay him. In my opinion, I think they should leave Punk in the game for one last time especially because that's what the fans want, but of course it all comes down to what WWE wants to do so we'll see. What are your thoughts on this and do you think Punk will be in the game? Do you want him in the game? Are you a CM Punk fan? Do you think he'll come back? Are you going to buy the video game? If he is in the game I'll choose to not play as him (unless it is a mandatory storyline) Up to everyone if they want to use him or not. Given the WWE and it's past after difficulties with wrestlers I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case for the game.

He will be in because some will make him and he will be played all the time in Career mode. Eventually they'll have to let him go weither it's 2K15 or 2K16.

And i agree with merchandise, but taking him out the game atleast this game cause thats who the fans and people who buy the game wants. It's never "too late" to remove someone from the game and you have to be mentally retarded to think that the release date would have to be pushed back to give them time to remove a wrestler from the game.
