CM Punk In or Out?

So as we all know Punk took his ball and left the company I'm not sure if he will be included in 2k15 I hope he is at least..I remember when Jeff Hardy left WWE he was in a wwe game but not advertised I hope this is the case

Big draw for the WWE, they know that well. I doubt they'd take him out when all he did was retire, generally speaking they ended on good terms. If guys like Bret and Warrior can make amends with the company after everything that happened between them then I'm almost 100% positive that CM Punk will be included in this years game.

I can't see WWE allowing 2K to put Punk in the game as his contract has expired and they would have to pay him... But even if he isn't as Auday said there will be so many Caws to download of them

I don't think WWE has an issue paying him, especially when he is a massive money draw

He'll probably be in. There's really no reason to take him out considering both 2K and WWE are sure to profit that much more if he's in.

He was in the Royal Rumble, he is a massive money draw, WWE doesn't have HUGE issues with him as plenty of people have done it and he isn't in any other companies. It would be the stupidest thing to do since taking out GM Mode

Firstly, from a commercial perspective, they'll lose money not having him in.

I also think it would have been too late to cut him, I dare say he has some part in the game whether it's career mode or universe cut scenes.

If I had to take a guess, I'd say Punk will not be included simply because WWE has avoided the CM Punk issue since he left.  He has been referenced once or twice on RAW a few times but for the most part they ignore him.  If he is included, that's great.  If not, we all know who the first CAW downloaded on CC will be....

I disagree, Punk would rather be removed from the game, wwe keeping him in for their gain makes more sense. He'll def be in.

I don't think WWE or 2K will profit out of punk because most likely he won't be advertised I'll be surprised if he does make the cut..as far as the 1000000 punk caws yes we all know it's coming (brace yourself) but I rather play in game models than caws I guess we just gotta wait it out

They've kept RVD in when he was contracted to TNA in 2011, not to mention all the other people who have been released to have their character remain in the game. Punk's contract seemingly ended about a month ago, the game comes out in two months. They work on every game for about a year and a half, I'd highly doubt that they would remove him after a possible 14 months of work on his model

If it's part of his contact then yes, RVD signed the deal to be included in SvR 2011 at the start of 2010. I doubt 2K would waste time taking him out if they already had the face scans.
