But she said she didn't trust me yet. Then I send her a pic of myself. She still said she didn't trust me. What she didn't know is she lives near my cousin. And when I visited my cousin I bumped into her, I saw a picture of her, and she was beautiful. I had a chance to be her boyfriend but then I felt there was no trust in that relationship. I really thought she catfished me.

I had no clue if it was a boy or a girl but they started talking to me and seemed really nice, then they started guessing my age right, and where i live so i didn't log onto Skype for a month or two after because i was creeped out. I didn't know this person but they seemed to know me. Once i logged back on i had no messages from him/her. Then one day after dancing i got a message from them saying "how was dancing Olivia?" I was so creeped out so i began questioning them about who they were, to which they just replied with "..." After all this i became paranoid and didn't go to school for a while. I deleted my Skype and all my other apps to do with socialising. This website is one of the only sites i've been on since. I know this sounds stupid but i was really creeped out by it and i still have no clue who it was. so yeah. if you class that as catfishing. i don't want any sympathy from this, just for people to understand that its hard for me to trust people.

They easily could have found your other social media profiles and saw your location and what you were saying. It's simple.
