Aero Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I'm annoyed we didn't win, but I'm happy that we controlled the ball better, and, rather than give Chelsea a game, we schooled them in certain parts of the pitch.... If sturridge can slot in to the team and keep that tempo and pressing, then there's hope of a battle for 4th place yet. So yes, pleased with MOST of that performance. Lacking up front, defence could be a bit tighter yet,but when we have the ball we create problems. A team with less fitness than Chelsea would have conceded a few goals in the last 10 mins for sure.
