Zark Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Create a new layer and then you'll be able to delete the image, but doing so would delete the whole image including the mask. Quote
Zark Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Click the lock logo. Which you cant do when there is only 1 layer. Quote
Auday Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 right click then press layer from background, The lock will be gone then press the magic stick or whatever it is on the left and define the areas you want to delete. Quote

mrblacksheep Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 You either have to rasterize the layer or create new layer from background. One of those options should appear once you right click the layer. Quote

tich Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Then you must have either changed something or have a different version of PS than me Mine doesn't do thatnop you probably do something wrong because you can unlock the bg layer since.... forever.anyway to unlock the background layer, just double click on the lock logo , and click ok on the window that appears. the onlyway a BG layer can't be unlock is if the image is on indexed color format, then you just have to change it to rgb or anything else to be able to unlock it Quote
