Well, this has turned sour. Let me preface this by saying I am not here to elicit an argument, and like I said earlier, definitely not a witch hunt.

 

We have a problem. However, it isn't bad, it's just with the anonymity of the internet, something like this can't fully be resolved. IceShimmer X and xXHighTopzxX are sisters. They don't live together and the former has officially left the forum while the latter now posts more frequently. Cool. Overall, everyone seems to like both of them. They're good members and what they contribute is always appreciated.

 

The problem is people don't like being lied to. The thing with the internet is that women are rare in these kinds of places, especially active women. So, for whatever reason, people tend to always feel a bit fishy when it occurs. I was victim to this, and I have seen it happen several times before here, and everywhere else.

 

I don't want to get into too many details about this, but a lot of members have noticed and become alert to discrepancies of the sisters' identities. When questions can't or refuse to be answered, accusations come to the front. Accusations are horrible things, but so is being deceptive.

 

There's a problem. I cannot prove either way definitely, and I want both of the sisters to know that I have respect for them, and enjoy their contributions here. I just don't trust they are telling me the truth, and that makes me, and I assume others, feel uneasy.
