Yeah I know, but you never know about some though, some have what I call a "mental block" & can or refuse to see logic or be knowledgeable lol.

I've skipped all the replies here, so if this is already wildly off-topic and a barrel of laughs, then this is irrelevant. Nearly exactly a year ago I made a topic about this. It was called

It goes for 8 pages too! 8 pages of fun! On page 6 you'll find someone actually needs to word "fap" explained to them.

I don't even know why it got closed tbh.

Because of what happened in the confessions thread, thrice...

Guilty.

Also, the "List Your Favorite Members" thread is a prime example of a topic being closed when it shouldn't have been.

You mean when people were listing their least favorite members? lol.

Yeah. Saying who you like is fine, but it got to the point where it wasn't just a discussion or a matter of opinion anymore. Just blatant slander and defaming people like it was some kind of sick joke. That will not be tolerated.

lmao. So am I not allowed to tell somebody if I don't like him? What about freedom of speech, America? Let's wind the clock back to when we were naming our least favourite members on the confessions thread. Was ANYONE really offended and did ANYONE verbally attack sombody? No they did not. Wanna know why? Because this is a fucking forum. Why would anyone even care if somebody doesn't like him on this site? As a matter of fact, I was pleased to see that most people had the balls to not start a fight with someone, just because they don't like each other. So why exactly did the posts get deleted? And why am I not allowed to say that I like or don't like someone? Is this a forum or a fucking kindergarten? As a matter of fact, telling somebody that you simply don't like him, in the most cases even prevents from trouble. Like, why would I even talk to *whoever* when he doesn't even like me and risk getting into a fight with said person? Or maybe this would be a great opportunity for me to PM this person and then settle our issues? THINK people, is it that hard? Edited by BrotchMrToast®

Nothing happened, because no one sees things through to the end and instead makes a prediction as to what will happen.

It was only one person who didn't like the lists, so only they wanted them gone and they told Paul about it.

You honestly have to be a 7 year old to be that butthurt that people on the internet don't like you, seriously, that person must've been living in a bubble of lies thinking that everybody liked them but was given a harmless dose of reality. That's just selfish what they did.

Posted

WONDERFUL! the same argument AGAIN! Things won't change just because you all complain about it, it may have only been one person who complained about it before, but that was in the games section, where a lot less people visit. Also, just because one person complained doesn't mean they where the only ones offended.

If you guys really NEED to slag off other members so bad, then a topic with rules needs set up, mainly people have to opt IN to it and there would be a harsh punishment for throwing others names in without their blessing. As this is a website primarily geared at wwe games it will have a lot of younger members who aren't yet equipped with the tools to deal with some of the things that will be said about them.

As for the "freedom of speech, America?" Remark... Website owner is British, I'm calling that a loophole :p lol

Well, if a young person is really as much of a dickhead that most members dislike him, then I don't see why we're not allowed to tell him. Oh and it's not that I NEED to slag off other members, I just don't want my posts to get deleted if I do so. I have the right to an opinion and I can say whatever I want.

Posted

But, in the structure you guys want, a list of members will likely name the same person/people without valid reasoning and it won't solve anything, it can just greatly hurt someone's feelings leaving them depressed or alternatively scaring them away from the forums, and from a forum point of view, we want more members.

These lists will also result in people who you don't like that much, for no real reason getting listed and that is needlessly harsh!

A much more constructive way of dealing with memembers who you have a genuine problem with is reporting them or PMing someone of authority as this has worked in the past... Or calling them on it in a topic where they've done something to bother/offend you.

To be honest, simply listing people you don't like is much more childish than those who get named 15-20 times in succession getting "butthurt".

Posted

Wow, that was cringe-worthy. Anyways, I've got so much to say right now, but seeing as you probably won't change your opinion, I should probably stop right here before I greatly hurt someones feelings or scarve someone for life.

I love you Aero.

If we can't even post our honest opinions on here, then I don't think this can be even considered a forum.

Again, in the format you guys want, its stupid! Feel free to slag the likes of myself off here because you don't like my views, because that is constructive, its gets your point across clearer and it can be discussed. Rather than "I hate him, him and him and I like him, him and him"...its more of a discussion, which is better for the forum!

So what you're saying is, if we was to do it, every single member listed would need acceptable validation? I'm cool with that.
