@Tamer:  Again with the whining about "history lessons"?  Damn, that is getting old!

 

Quite honestly, I never cared for GM mode and thought it was quite useless.  No one cares about doing the GM responsibilities, fans only care about playing matches.  WWE Universe is vastly superior to GM mode in every conceivable way and at least the "history lessons" gave fans who remember those events to relive them while fans who had never seen those said events got to see them for the first time.  If anything, I'd like to see a smart Universe mode that allowed for multiple choice type of branching storylines like in earlier Smackdown games.....

i've heard about the cena mode but it really doesnt sound interesting enough to center a whole game around, and i can't think of anything else to center it around

I wouldn't be happy about a "Cena mode" being included, but it wouldn't bother me as long as (A) there was nothing to unlock by beating it, or (B) if there was, there was also an "All Unlockables" DLC option like in the last few games.  I'd just throw it on the pile of modes I never use along with Universe, Streak, and 30YOWM.  (Creation tools FTW, yo.)

New Cena mode could be a multiplayer mode, but played as a reverse slobber-knocker/Defeat the streak mash up where everyone continuously goes after Cena one after another trying to defeat him.
