WWE2k15 Roster might not be revealed at Summerslam this year

WWE has cancelled Axxess for summerslam this year so that might mean no WWE2k15 Roster reveal at summerslam.  Maybe they'll do a livestream or somethin

2K have overall control overall major decisions regarding WWE games I think.

yeah but still it's 2 different design teams, you can't compare what goes on with the nba2k games to the wwe2k games.  I mean look at the nba 2k twitter vs the wwegames twitter for example

That is definitely a weird thing to do, cancel Summerslam Axxess.  It is the event each year that WWE has a roster reveal for their upcoming games, so cancelling that platform makes no sense!  I am guessing they'll just reveal it during their live streams or maybe they won't reveal it at all.  Who knows?  2K is different from THQ in that aspect so we are stuck wondering.  Either way, we have roughly 4 months left so 2K should be at least giving us some details.....

i beg to differ cause even then they didn't start showing entrances till september.  When they were doing that countdown thing it was essentially the same thing they were just giving IGN the press.  And since i totally dislike IGN as of the last year of so.  Anything that they were involved in i hate.  Especially seeing greg miller spam over 9000 Floatover DDT's in a 60 man ironman hell in the cell match just to win.

I actually thought IGN's Smackdown countdown was well done.  They gave us wrestler of the day and showed us entrance videos & finishing moves.  I do like the live streams better though, because at least those guys playing don't spam moves or look like unexperienced players like the IGN folks did.  I am with Jeff on this one, because I usually disregard anything IGN says about anything whether it is games, movies, or TV shows.  They totally suck at rating anything objectively and they usually give good scores to crappy content and vice versa.  2K does a much better job exploring everything in their live streams do I am hoping that those are starting pretty soon that way we can see what all has changed this year.

yeah when you try that hard to get people to look at your site, you're doing too much.  I can't even go on IGN anymore because of every page having pop up ad here and pop up ad there.  I don't use IGN enough to pay for a pro account just to block the ads, plus the people on there are mostly spoiled brats, Greg Miller Included.  I remember i was playing SVR11 not to long ago and telling Marcus Stephenson that it brought back the nightmarish memories of Greg spamming the hell out of Bryan Williams with orton's tornado ddt's during that E3/IGN Live Stream.. I actually forgot i added greg miller's twitter name in when i sent it to Marcus and 5 seconds later Greg replies saying "I won didn't i?" I was like WTF of course you won just like every 5-7 year old that spams the same running move over and over again wins.  Guy is an arrogant moron.  I don't even want to guess his age.

Not to mention that most of those IGN folks aren't even real wrestling fans.  IGN started doing wrestling related previews, reviews, and etc. during the boom period in wrestling.  They are bandwagon fans at best.  Also, IGN is selective about what they choose to review and most of their higher rated reviews are for awful TV shows or movies but the better TV shows and movies don't even get covered.  I don't know who ever claimed that IGN was the entertainment authority on these things, but I don't believe anything they review until I have seen/played it myself.

yeah i mean Gears of war, Call of duty etc always gets from a 9.5-10.0 but games like amazing spiderman 2 (though i haven't played but have seen) gets a 7.5? Mainly cause someone felt the game didn't have next gen graphics? Is that what it's come to when reviewing games happens? LOL

yeah that and halo.. neither that i saw anything interesting i guess cause i don't like first person shooters.  SOCOM US NAVY SEALS was my favorite shooter on PS2 especially since it was 3rd person.

The Halo games are a great example of IGN's bias towards certain other games.  They love the Halo games and give them consistent high scores but other good, fun games are given low scores or some aren't even covered at all.  Same with TV shows not being covered.  One of my favorite new TV shows is Resurrection and IGN doesn't even cover it, but they will give It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia a ten every episode?  Sorry to any Sunny fans on the forum, but that show blows!  IGN have biased criteria for rating anything entertainment based and I don't take stock into anything they say about anything.....

true, i guess like alot of people, 2k14 left a bad vision in my head lol even though i did like the game but the freezeups were annoying lol hopefully this means the end of 90% of the issues lol
