best in the world Posted June 1, 2014 Author Posted June 1, 2014 @iamthedoctor: I'm with Jeff on this one. If Sting does sign with WWE, we will definitely know about it. WWE cannot keep it a secret and it'll be all over the dirt sheet and rumor sites. Sting appearing on the Warrior documentary was him paying tribute to his friend. It is also being reported that Sting is being used for future DVD projects as well. But all of that is separate from having a WWE contract as a performer, which Sting currently does not have signed. Sites are reporting he's been offered a contract but he hasn't signed yet. And if you check out all these different Sting interviews, he clearly says he wants to face Taker @ WM. He's been saying it for years and the last time he almost signed with WWE[before he backed out] he said back then he wanted a match with Taker. It's pretty evident the only reason he'd sign with WWE is for a match against Taker and without it, I could see him not signing and simply either going back to TNA to end his career or retiring...... I wouldn't be surprised if he just ended up retiring lol Quote

When that happens, i think the Gates of Heaven and Hell will open up LOL Did you know that come Christmas time we will be watching a WWE DVD called Sting? Quote

This is Sting & The Crow probably will appear but his 80s theme wont. I think its stock music as Ive heard it on a lot of random shows over the years. Quote
best in the world Posted June 2, 2014 Author Posted June 2, 2014 It's a safe bet that WWE won't pay for Sting's Metallica theme because it isn't used on the WWE Network in matches he used it in during that time. Honestly, the Sting rumors have been around awhile and I won't believe any of it until I see him walking the aisles and speaking. I like the idea of Sting/Taker but there are issues with that match. Number one is that both guys are old and cannot go anymore. Number two is that even if both could still have decent matches, WWE "creative" would screw it up and make it less than memorable. So the dream match could easily escalate into a nightmare...... Quote
iamthedoctor Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Well themes wouldnt matter anyway as thats what custom tracks are for. Quote

I thought his first theme was generic vs man called sting by ac/dc Quote
