Why Does No One Play Online With Full Connection?

I don't understand why people don't search or create matches with a full bar connection , personally I have a much smoother experience playing with a full bar connection then a 4 bar connection. How do you guys play online? , do you play full bar or 4 bar connection?.

I usually set it to 2 as the games tend me be ok, but when I set it to 4 it takes forever to find a game.

Tell me about it. I tried 6 once and it took like half an hour to load.

 

Mind you it wasent all bad, I needed a piss & something to eat. Time I came back and when it eventually loaded up all the 5 players had buggered off and I was just playing against the computer and it was the easiest win I ever had.

 A 4 bar connection works fine for me man, find matches no problem.
