Needs more age to it.. Add more height to the eyes. I don't know if that's the 3D goatee you're using, but if so there is way too much chin width.. As said in the previous posts, you might want to try a texture with this one. Though, I'm one to talk. I don't use textures on mine. Get a LOT of reference pictures and keep at it.

Nice Generic looking "Undertaker" he needs to look older, his facial hair doesn't even match colour wise, If it didn't have an attire to it. I wouldn't have a clue who it is.

I don't know what you have going on with he arms, but his tattoos are in the game. Plus, Im not seeing ANY 'Taker in this.
