all title matches in Universe mode now crash...random

hi board, I am having a few headaches with the game, every title match in my universe is crashing.  It hangs on the screen before the entrances or, if I turn entrances off, it crashes post match before the celebration cut scene,

Any suggestions!?

Create a brand new xbox/psn profile, doesn't have to have live... Load up WWE 2K14 and try and play universe matches! If it works on this account this means either you need to reset your universe mode or delete the thing causing the problem from your hdd but as you'll have no idea what that is you might have to delete everything WWE 2K14 related from your hdd and start from scratch.

I am using a jtag/community DLC, doesn't that need a save edit file to work?  I don't mind losing my save but I don't want to lose the DLC
