What Arena Do You Chose?

Ok, I've been looking at matches that have been hacked, and you always have to select a certain arena. Why's that?

Also, exactly how do you use jokers on CB2? I tried jokering stuff before, but in never works. E jokers don't work, D jokers don't work, 1 jokers don't work. I tried with the joker before & after the code, but i doesn't work. I need it for a created Royal Rumble match, but it doesn't work. I made it so when I pushed L3, the rules activated, and when i pushed R3, it deactivated, but it doesn't stop being Royal Rumble. I don't want a new code, just help on using jokers.
