Your favorite year of WWE from 2004-2009

So I made a status about this, but decided to make it a topic so everyone could voice their opinion. In my primary universe mode on 2k14. I am considering doing an SvR type deal. Where I use 1 year from 04-09 vs the current roster. Currently I am leaning towards 2004.

So what year do you guys feel was the best (or your favorite) for WWE Programming between 04-09?

2006, Just as a whole had some of the funniest stuff happen. Like HBK & God Vs The McMahons that was probably one of the funniest angles and matches i've ever seen. I just loved it all. Holds some good memories for me and my friends.

2004-2006

2004-2005 were the last decent years in the WWE. I stopped watching it at one point on a full-time basis when I heard Eddie Guerrero has passed away. Then from 2006-2008 I just watched it on and off and I mean very rarely, but no loss for me. I read show results when I felt like it.

2004 and 2006

 

because the matches where great and decent hell in a cell matches/steel cage matches were awesome and bloody . Smackdown was good, was a weekly viewer of that show. Guys like HBK, HHH, Angle, Benoit, Taker, Eddie, RVD, were around full-time on their respective brands.

 

JBL Vs Eddie the feud from Judgment 2004 onwards was great , the climax feud between HBK Vs HHH was great to at Bad Blood 2004 and how about Cactus Jack Vs Orton - Hardcore Match from Backlash also great.

 

 

2006 had its best ppv with Wrestlemania 22 great Hardcore match between Edge Vs Foley, One Night Stand was great for ECW but a big mistake relaunching ECW though.

 

Ever since Khail came onto smackdown, smackdown sucked and died in 2007 no joke. Then eventually the crappy PG era started in 2009 with the last good feud being Jericho Vs HBK in the summer of 2008.

I only remember 2003-2007 (after that I just stopped watching until 2010) I wish I had waited till 2011 to start watching again bc that whole cena joining the nexus/cena fired bit really annoyed the hell out of me

I think you should go back one year to 2003 because that had the best roster. You had Goldberg, Hogan, Hall & Nash.
