alright lets look at this logicaly. if the name Hulk Hogan belongs to the wwe then technically they should be able to make a character model for the game. second hulk hogan is never under a contract terry bolea is terry bolea is the name of the person that plays the on screen hulk hogan that we know. so if the licence of the name/term hulk hogan does not belong to anybody then technically why could the wwe not put hulk hogan in the game. the wwe could make a character model that resembles terry bolea but if it ever came to court the wwe could simply say its not terry its hulk, and is not in anyway terry bolea at all. the wwe could also make the correct character model but change the name slightly e.g hulk-ster or something else not under a contract. so by my reckoning the hulk hogan character model could be hidden in the game somewere all we have to do is look. if this is true then couldent the same apply for the ultimate warrior or any of the other wrestlers mentioned.
