He is not in the fucking game people, neither is Jeff Hardy...or god damned anyone else who is apparently locked away deep inside the game. Hogan was released from his contract, therefore not falling under the WWE license THQ held. If his likeness remained in the game he could sue THQ for a lot of money. Same goes for Jeff Hardy.

Until the exact location of missing wrestler's models in ROM is found to be nonexistant, there's always a chance. There's just way too many steps to take before we'll ever know. Just give up on it...it'll most likely never be found. The people who actually hack for the game won't forget the possibility, so if it does come about before SD6, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

No, THQ aren't allowed to release commercial software with people's likeness' to which they don't have the rights for. They can't put your face or my face even into the game without our written premission. The file being in there would be breaking the law, no matter how deeply buried it could be.

Because it's not Hogan's face is it. Hulk Hogan doesn't own the trademark "Hulkamaniac", I believe Marvel Entertainment does.

I dont know if its been seen or not, but I see hogans face on the Charselect screen clearly and Warriors too, so I guess there still there, Im NOT confirming there still in the game completely so don't flame for it, its only there faces, hackers might have already seen this but I havent "exactly" seen any posts about it.

dude, they cant get sued for hackers hacking back characters into the game.

thats the reason why they deleted the models, and why in smackdown 2 there was big show and shamrock, but with there models, and they STIL couldnt get sued, cause they deleted the characters from the characters slect screen, so legit players could not find a single way of using them.

unless of course u "HACKED" them back in.

Big Show and Shamrock were both under WWE contract at the time, for which THQ had the license for. Hulk Hogan isn't under a WWE contract. How many arguements do i have to shoot down before you guys just accept he's not in it...
