Dlc issue when offline

So when my xbox isnt connected to the net I get a some of the downloaded content may be missing or broken. and the dlc isnt selectable not sure about the caws that have dlc though as when this happened i turned the game off and re-set up my connection to my wi-fi. anyone know what thats about and how to fix that as my internet may go out for a few days?
