Does anybody know where the nameplates fonts are stored?

I've been through a lot of PACs.

4E20 in EVTGHD files. I haven't been able to successfully replace them though yet, never show in-game.

Thanks bro.

I'll give it a try and let you know

Worked for me.

Do you happen to know where the VS screen fonts are? ;)

What process did you do for them? Through X-Packer or manual?

Both. Before injecting, I make sure the file has the same size as the original. I fill it with 00 in my hex editor to make the file match the original.

I redid the one I replaced in photoshop since they don't all have the same alphabet disposition.

See I've done all the photoshopping and such, but just got to get the injection to work. Will have to give it a go.

What message do you get at the injection?

I had to reduce the alpha quality a little bit and reduce the number of color to be able to compress it enough

For the menu, I have compressed and injected everything and they have been injected into MatchHD without any problems via X-Packer; but it freezes in game. For the nameplates / arena graphics, I have injected the new .dds files into 0014 and 4E20.zlib.uncompressed, but haven't compressed and injected into 0003.pac as I get a 'file size too big error'.

I'm guessing you're trying to Nitro arena too, right? As I have a working video nameplate so if you can get the other components working we can combine our work. I have all the menu screen designed, just can't get it in-game! :p
