How do you do your effects?

 

 

Photoshop. (I use the Burn,dodge and sharpen tools and i also use the oil paint effect)

Is there a tutorial on how to do this? I mean I dont have photoshop,I have gimp. I'm trying to have accurate renders for each attire im making on my caws,just for shits and giggles.
