Texture Transfer

I am trying to be patient waiting on Pure3 Raf3x PS3 Retail mod tool but am losing patience and started trying to transfer my textures from pc to paint tool in WWE 2K14 but have come across a problem. I can not figure out how to get the exact color that is on my pc onto WWE 2K14 paint tool. On the paint program that i am using(paint.net) it is in RGB and on paint tool the only value that i can see is X and Y when trying to pick the color on the supplied palette  My question is= Is there a way to convert the RGB to the XY values that is used in WWE 2K14 paint tool and if so how do i do so?
