Injecting mask1.dds and mask2.dds into 000D and 000E - HELP PLEASE&#33

Could someone please provide a tutorial for injecting the mask1.dds and mask2.dds files correctly? Thank you!

You need to compress and inject them

Okay, cheers! I assume X-Packer 9 doesn't do that for you?

It's still getting hung up... Can't figure out why. :/

Okay, so the 000D and 000E are currently ZLIB files. Compress and injecting keeps them as ZLIB files when they need to be BPE files.

I've been messing with it all, but I'm totally confused. Can anyone shed some light on how to recompress the 000D and 000E as BPE files, please?

It can be used as ZLIB instead of BPE (I think).

Apparently not. Anyway, I've figured it out but the new attire colour.dds isn't showing up in Superstar Threads; only the normal.dds as I can see the 3D outline of my new attire, hah.

At least it's not freezing anymore... Is there another texture replacement I'm missing?

My advice is to start with a fresh 000A.pac,000C.pac,000D.pac, 000E.pac and compress and inject everything.

Save as 4.4.4.4 RGB 16 Bpp unsigned no minimaps;

Open the 000D or 000E inject the mask;

Open the pach and press compress and inject and select the file that oyu have compressed and injected;

Open the pac and inject the pach

My advice is to start with a fresh 000A.pac,000C.pac,000D.pac, 000E.pac and compress and inject everything.

Save as 4.4.4.4 RGB 16 Bpp unsigned no minimaps;

Open the 000D or 000E inject the mask;

Open the pach and press compress and inject and select the file that oyu have compressed and injected;

Open the pac and inject the pach

That's exactly what I did but it was getting hung up on the SST loading when I select Cesaro. Are you sure that the 000D and 000E pacs don't have to be recompressed as a .BPE? Are they fine as a ZLIB?

Hmm, okay. Any idea why the new texture would show properly in entrance and ingame but not in SST though? Seems weird to me.
