Seeing as how you've technically paid for the privilage of online access (included with the cost of the game, but $10 on it's own)... if they block that access based on you simply using the service (i.e. downloading a texture and then reuploading a CAW with that texture)... I would think there would be some SERIOUS legal issues with that..

If there's an attempt to defraud, or someone pays for a service in advance that they don't receive.. that supercedes the EULA or contract, from everything I've seen online.

If someone is blocked from a service they've paid for based only on that fact that they previously used the service (to download something that 2K has on it's servers available for download).. that puts 2K in a pretty sketchy grey area, legally.

Lol.. just an advocate of people not letting big companies take advantage of them. I could be off base.. just seems like denying someone something that they paid for with no justification can't be legal.

Isnt that as bad as charging some to use a online feature but the servers being shut down?

 

Ok us wrestling fans were told they were shut down but a newbie wouldnt technically know this. Say he bought a game from one of the bargain bins and paid for online access because xbox/ps3 ARE still charging for this code.

 

Then you pay and cant get on because they closed the servers ages ago for these games. Surely thats fraud isnt it?

because stays said I deserve to be banned when he had to do all my hacking for the past 2 years and I said he was lame and then got insulted by the forum manger who wasn't even in the conversation and don't care this thread isn't about why or what my so called d bag friends this is about tryin to resolve an issue of people getting banned not about that other site Dramma

The only thing that worries me is I called 2k they couldn't tell me a reason so I appeal then I call back because the sent me an email for an Un ban from nba2k called them back the said it has been pushed to tier 2 but "if" this is correct me and spirito where banned on the same day the 15th so 14 days is the 29th I'll try and let you guys know

I'm 100% sure that you won't get banned for downloading them, if you upload them or upload caws with them there's a chance you get banned.

That's how a lot of people are now! They are afraid to download nearly anything from CC. I'll be hesitant to download a even dot or a straight line Custom Logo! Because you never what type of bullshit they will pull next...
