Get the alpha channel in the normal.dds. make the whole map darker, exept for the part where is the eye, dents, etc... and the hair parts, that must to be white.

The rest, depend the shine of the model, each model is different, for some model you have to get untill 96 ponits darker and for other only 30. The only way is try and inject to the game to see how it goes.

Export: DXT5 RGB, interpolated alpha, 4 mipmaps

And if I want to reduce shininess, I need to make it transperent, right?

For Hair parts only you can do it transparent making all black

One last question, if I want to modify body shape(ripped body, facial expressions...), what file do I need to edit?

The bump mapping, the blue part in the DDS, it shows you the abs and all that marks in the skin.

Is it in the normal file?

Yes, what you see when you open the normal, that texture. This is the bump mapping.
